I can see, and feel, and believe I have already accomplished this.

What was I thinking????!!!!!

That's right... What was I thinking? Buying a business - or more accurately - financing a business purchase is very difficult. I was very naive thinking it would be easy. I mean, shoot, if I need $1.25 dollars for a real estate deal, 4 or 5 phone calls, MAX, and I've got it. Of course I have been doing real estate for 30 years and have always made my clients money. But an equipment sales and service company? I might as well be selling Amway. I have pitched it to 84 people so far. And as of this morning, am not halfway to the $1.25 million goal. I gotta get better at this!!!
